1. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
When you choose your shipping rate, please note that we process orders within 1-3 business days, and they are then delivered to the post office from Monday to Friday. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. What is the shipping time for in-stock items within the United States?
For in-stock, non-pre-order items shipped to addresses within the United States, we use UPS or US Mail (USPS) based on weight. Generally, it takes 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. APO addresses have an average transit time of 10-21 days.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back with us later to see if this policy has changed.
4. How can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is provided in the confirmation email sent to you after completing your purchase. Simply click the "cart" button to access it.
5. What is your Returns Policy?
We have a strict no returns policy. All sales are final, so please make sure to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
